nag-resign na si mrs bote-calara from Bene. she left last Friday. she teaches in Woodrose na. she says she needs to Explore... but really, i doubt if that's the real reason... (naiimagine ko na ang sermon niya sa kin for saying that i don't believe her reason.. ek ek, ganun un eh...)
sigh... la lang, nalungkot ako, it looks like Bene is wiping out its better teachers... i mean, dammit, sobrang nagdedeteriorate na ang quality ng education sa Bene, which is rather weird for an institution with constantly improving facilities... nagkausap nga kami ni kuya guiller, at yung SEB, narerecognize na nila yung problem actually -- yung quality ng students na nasa Bene today, sobrang far-cry from previous batches (and this is not to boast, or anything because it's true naman...) i mean, kung alam lang talaga natin yung real figures, re: number of Bene students who are now hooked into drugs... that has to mean something, right?
nakakalungkot kasi very soon, wala na tayong kilalang faculty pagbalik natin. (btw, alumni home coming, dec7) kesho they're in need of new blood raw. new blood nga, new teachers, but just how strict are they in quality control? my god naman, pumili naman sila ng teachers na magaling... pero thinking about it, lahat kasi halos ng better teachers natin, looks like ine-export natin eh... la na natitira dito...
